Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. 

For orders under $150 we offer flat rate tracked shipping for $13.

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150 Canadian (before tax, after discounts). 

United States

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. 

For orders under $100 we offer flat rate tracked shipping for $6 US.

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100 US.

Orders are shipped duty pre-paid - there will be no charges upon delivery!

Lost/stolen/damaged packages

All orders are shipped with $100 liability insurance. If your order exceeds this amount, contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for missing/non-delivered packages when an incorrect address has been entered. If your package is returned to us, you can choose to either pay to have your order mailed again, or to have your order refunded (minus the shipping cost). 

Order edits/refunds before orders have shipped 

Our warehouse processes orders twice daily. Once an order has been picked and prepared for processing, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes. However, if you contact us right away and your order has not yet been pulled, we’ll do our best to accommodate any requested changes.

Please note that any refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee, as Shopify does not reimburse this transaction fees to us when a refund is issued.
