Return Policy
If you notice any defects or imperfections in your items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so that we can make it right for you!
RETURN POLICY:
To start a return, please email info@shopearlygrey.com. Once your return has been approved, please ship the item back to us with the packing slip (or print off your order confirmation). We will process your return once we have received your package.
Please note:
- Any items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
- New, unworn items (tags on and still in their original sealed bags) can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.
- After confirming that items are unopened, your refund will be processed - minus a $6 restocking fee.
- Any items sent back that are not in their original condition and unopened bags will be rejected, and customers will be responsible for return costs.
PARCEL REFUSAL OR RETURN:
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have authorized you to do so. We will NOT refund orders that are refused at the post office or returned without authorization. It is your responsibility to retrieve your purchased goods within the timeframe specified by the shipping agent after their attempt to deliver to you.
If your package is returned to us without authorization, you will be responsible for ALL shipping fees, including the return fee. If we authorize a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% on your order.
